APPOINTMENT OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE AND
NOTICE TO CREDITORS
It is Ordered and Notice is given that on October 5, 2021, at 10:45 a.m., a hearing will be held in this Court at 400 Court Ave., Gaylord, Minnesota, for the formal probate of an instrument purporting to be the Will of the Decedent dated, October 25, 2011, (“Will”), and for the appointment of Karilyn R. Danielson, whose address is 24464 387th Ave., PO Box 381, Arlington, MN, 55307 as Personal Representative of the Estate of the Decedent in an UNSUPERVISED administration. Any objections to the petition must be filed with the Court prior to or raised at the hearing. If proper and if no objections are filed or raised, the Personal Representative will be appointed with full power to administer the Estate including the power to collect all assets, to pay all legal debts, claims, taxes and expenses, to sell real and personal property, and to do all necessary acts for the Estate.
Notice is also given that (subject to Minnesota Statutes section 524.3-801) all creditors having claims against the Estate are required to present the claims to the Personal Representative or to the Court Administrator within four months after the date of this Notice or the claims will be barred.

The meeting was called to order at 6:30 p.m. Brian Brandt, Sarah Ziegler, Avery Grochow, Jon Hazelwood, Laura Reid were present. Member Lueth was absent at the time of roll call.
Member Reid moved, second by member Grochow, to approve the agenda. The motion was approved by unanimous vote 5-0.
CONSENT AGENDA: Recommend approval of Regular School Board Meeting Minutes from July 19th, 2021. Hiring(s): Mariah Barth, Sibley East Elementary School (Step 2 BA), Alyssa Neisen, Sibley East Elementary School (Step 1 BA), Tara Killian, Sibley East Elementary School - Art (Step 5 MA), Steven Montgomery, Asst. Football Coach - (Step 1), Kyle Krueger, High School PE/Health, C-Squad Volleyball (pending successful background check. Resignation(s): Alan Halverson - Boys C Squad Basketball, Jill Warzecha - Head Cross Country Coach, Dan Hoefs - Head Baseball Coach. Volunteer Coach: Ben Tollefson, Football (Volunteer), German Navarro, JH Football (Volunteer), Ben Tollefson, Wrestling (Volunteer), Stephanie Rodning, Volleyball (Volunteer), Shanise Bates, Volleyball (Volunteer), Leighton Rose, Football (Volunteer). Member Ziegler moved, second by member Hazelwood to approve the consent agenda. The motion was approved by a 5-0 vote.
OLD/ UNFINISHED BUSINESS: Consider quotes for fuel for FY ‘22. Superintendent Libby recommends the quote from Central Farm Services for fuel for FY ‘22.
Motion by Member Reid, second by Member Hazelwood, to accept the quote from Central Farm Services for FY ’22. The motion was approved by a 5-0 vote.
Consider quotes for refuse collection for FY 22. Superintendent Libby recommends the quote from Gaylord Sanitation Inc for refuse collection for FY ‘22. Motion by Member Grochow, second by Member Hazelwood, to accept the quote from Gaylord Sanitation Inc. for FY ’22.
The motion was approved by a 5-0 vote.
NEW BUSINESS: Motion by Member Reid, second by Member Ziegler to approve recommended 2021-2022 Food Service prices for student and adult meals. Elementary breakfast at $1.00, secondary breakfast at $1.00, adult breakfast at $2.75, elementary lunch at $3.00, secondary lunch at $3.10 and adult lunch at $4.00, milk price to .45 cents per carton at the register, and the “Milk Break” milk to $35.00 per semester or $70.00 per year. The motion was approved by a 5-0 vote.
Motion by Member Grochow, second by Member Hazelwood to approve the proclamation for Sibley East District Wide Health and Safety Measures for the 2021-2022 School Year as written. Roll Call vote is needed by the Clerk of the Board;Director Lueth Yes, Director Hazelwood Yes, Treasurer Zielger Yes, Clerk Grochow Yes, Vice Chair Reid Yes, Chair Brandt Yes. The proclamation was approved by a 5-0 vote.
Member Hazelwood moved, second by Member Reid, to Approve December 20th, 2021, 6:00pm Arlington Campus Media Center as the date and location for the annual Truth in Taxation hearing. The motion was approved by a 5-0 vote.
Member Grochow moved, second by Reid to approve the August 2021 bills totaling $1,200,903.22. The motion was approved by a 5-0 vote.
Motion by Member Hazelwood second by Member Ziegler to approve the submitted plans as written for inactive student accounts. The motion was approved by a 5-0 vote.
The 2021-22 Sibley East Cub Care Handbook, Sibley East Junior Wolverines Handbook, Sibley East Preschool Handbook, Sibley East Elementary Handbook, Sibley Middle School/High School Handbook, and Project Ed 21 Handbook were all approved by a 5-0 vote.

Member Grochow moved, seconded by Ziegler to accept the donations with gratitude. The motion was approved by a 5-0 vote.
SUPERINTENDENT REPORT: Dr. Libby spoke to continue conversations being had with local community officials, learning more about each community and how better to serve. individuals that were met over the past month were, Arlington Mayor, Gaylord Chief of Police, Sibley Sheriff. An update was given on the repair of a waterline that runs through the baseball field. A visit to the Dieball dairy farm to see the robotics and continued opportunities for students in our agricultural program.

ADJOURNMENT: The meeting was adjourned at 7:03p.m. member Reid moved, second by Member Grochow to adjourn the meeting. The motion was approved by a 5-0 vote.
