The meeting was called to order with the salute to the flag  at 6:30 p.m.  Members: Brian Brandt, Sarah Ziegler, Avery Grochow, Jon Hazelwood, and Rachel Lueth.  Laura Reid arrived at 6:40pm.
Member Lueth moved, second by member Zeigler, to approve the agenda.  The motion was approved.
CONSENT AGENDA: Approval of Minutes-Recommend approval of the March 21, 2022, School Board Meeting Minutes. March 17, 2022 Special School Board Meeting- Finance Review, March 17, 2002 Special Board Meeting - Contracts.
Personnel: Hiring; DeAnn Morton: Title I / Instructional Coach, (Change in assignment from 4th grade), Jill Warzecha: Junior High Track Coach (Step 3), Retirement: Ms. Laurie Kaukola, High School Special Education, Effective the end of 2021-22 school year, Resignation:  Alyssa Neisen, Sibley East Elementary, Effective the end of 2021-22 school year, Nancy Hislop, School Nurse, Effective the end of 2021-22 school year.
Volunteer Coaches; Giovanni Govea, Vanessa Godinez, and Josh Horstmann, all for Youth Spring Soccer.
Fundraising Request; Regina Sirianni: Senior Class Yard Signs, Money for class trip and graduation, Cards for a Cause Fundraiser Report.
Approval of Consent Agenda: Motion by Member Grochow, second by member Hazelwood, to approve the consent agenda. The motion was approved.                                                                                         
NEW BUSINESS:             
A motion by member Lueth, seconded by member Zeigler, to approve the April 2022 bills and payments totaling $1,362,650.87. Motion was approved.
A motion by Member Reid, second by Member Lueth to approve the Junior Wolverine Summer Care Parent Handbook for the 2021-2022 summer season.  Motion was approved.
A motion by Member Grochow second by Member Reid to approve the 2021-2023 Sibley East, 10.5/12 Month Agreement as written. Motion was approved.
A motion by Member Zeigler, seconded by Member Lueth to approve the 2022-2025 Harbo Consulting agency contract for three years of services totaling $57,855.00 ($19,285.00 annually).  Motion was approved.
A motion by Member Grochow, seconded by Member Zeigler to approve the Chartwell Food Services Management Contract as presented.  Motion was  approved.
A motion by Member Hazelwood, seconded by Member Lueth to approve the 2022-2024 Abdo Auditing Services agreement as presented.  Motion was approved.
A motion by member Reid, seconded by member Grochow to accept with gratitude the donations as listed. Motion was approved. Accepted donations in the amount of $300, Arlington Lions Club: Trap Team, $250, Pheasants Forever: Trap Team, $5,000, Gaylord Fire Dpt Relief Association: Trap Team, $3,500, VFW Post 6031, Trap Team, $300, Gaylord Area Chamber of Commerce: Tennis Team, $200, Sean Drexler: Baseball Team, $500, Conservation Partners of America: Trap Team, $904, Legion Post #433: Baseball, $500, Michael Foods: Elementary Playground, $200, Tanker Bay Bar & Lanes: Bowling Club, and $1,000, McLeod Cooperative Power: Bowling Club.

Reminder: Next Regular School Board Meeting is scheduled for May 16, 2022 beginning at 6:30 p.m. Media Center, Arlington Campus.
A motion by Member Lueth, second by Member Zeigler, to adjourn the meeting.  Motion was approved.  The meeting was adjourned at 7:25 p.m.
