A Petition for Determination of Descent has been filed with this Court. The Petition represents that the Decedent died more than three years ago, leaving property in Minnesota and requestions the probate of Decedent’s last will, if any and the descent of such property be determined and assigned by this Court to the persons entitled to the property.
Any objections to the Petition must  be filed with the Court prior to or raised at the hearing. If proper, and no objections are filed or raised, the Petition may be granted.

Ordinance Number 2022-04 Establishing the Duties and Compensation of a City Council within the City of Green Isle, Minnesota

Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Green Isle City Council at 7:00 p.m. on the 23rd day of August 2022, at the Green Isle City Hall, Community Center, 310 Mcgrann St, Green Isle, Minnesota.
The hearing will be held for the purpose of providing information and receiving citizens comments regarding the establishment of the Duties and Compensation of a City Council within the City of Green Isle.

NOTICE
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that a hearing on the budget for the High Island Creek Watershed District for calendar year 2023 will be held on Tuesday, August 23, 2022, commencing at 7:00 p.m., at the New Auburn Township Town Hall, 5494 5th Ave, New Auburn, MN 55366.
The proposed budget is $199,500.00 and will be raised from an ad valorem tax levy.  The maximum ad valorem taxes that can be levied is .048 per cent of taxable market value or $250,000.00, whichever is less.  Of the amounts levied, approximately $16,800.00 will be used for manager mileage and per diem expense; approximately $38,850.00 for general legal and administrative expense; approximately $9,450.00 for insurance, bond premiums and other miscellaneous expense; approximately $8,400.00 for audit expense; approximately $16,800.00 for ditch inspecting fees; approximately $10,500.00 for engineering expenses; and the balance of approximately $98,700.00 for repairs and maintenance for district-wide benefit.
