The Sibley East varsity baseball team dropped a pair of doubleheaders in Minnesota River Conference action during the past week.
The Wolverines, 1-8 in the MRC and 2-11 overall, will travel to Mayer Lutheran in conference play at 5 p.m. Thursday, May 9.

The visiting Sibley East varsity baseball team lost to Le Sueur-Henderson 12-1 in five innings during the first game of a Minnesota River Conference doubleheader on Thursday afternoon, May 2.

Junior Lucas Dose paced Sibley East’s four-hit attack with a single and a double. Senior Ryan Wolverton and freshman Brody Serbus had one single each.
