Deloris B. Sauter, 94, Arlington

Deloris Sauter, age 94, of Arlington, passed away at the Oak Terrace Health Care Center in Gaylord on Wednesday, May 15.
Funeral services were held at Peace Lutheran Church in Arlington at 11 a.m. Monday, May 20.
Visitation was held one hour prior to the service time at the church on Monday, May 20.
Interment was in St. Paul’s Evangelical Lutheran Cemetery in Arlington.
Deloris Bernice Sauter was born to Henry and Carrie (Kurtzweg) Stock in Arlington on April 30, 1925. She was baptized on May 31, 1925 and confirmed on April 2, 1939 by Rev. Robert Heidmann at St. Paul’s Evangelical Lutheran Church in Arlington. Deloris was a graduate of the Arlington High School. She married Clarence “Tweeter” Sauter at St. Paul’s Evangelical Lutheran Church in Arlington by Rev. John Bradtke on May 15, 1949. Deloris was employed by H.M. Noack Company in Arlington as an office clerk, worked at Scharping Drug Store in Arlington and also at 3M in Hutchinson, retiring from there in the 1980s. Deloris and “Tweeter” spent many days fishing the area lakes and Deloris also enjoyed playing cards.
Deloris is survived by her children, Connie (William) Rosenfeld of Olathe, Kansas, and Robert Sauter of Hutchinson; five grandchildren, Bill (Kris) Rosenfeld, Becky (Pat) Wittaker, Mark Rosenfeld (fiancée Maurya), Kim (Leuth) Soda and Nathan Sauter; 12 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
Deloris is preceded in death by her husband, Clarence on September 28, 1998; her parents, Henry and Carrie; and all of her siblings, Mabel, Marie, Ray, Ruth and twin siblings in infancy.
